Alcatraz, El-Reno and River Run
Congratulations to MFIT athlete Tim Sturm for completing the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon in San Francisco, CA. In another triathlon this past weekend was Jon Evraets who participated in the Route 66 Triathlon in El Reno, OK. Jon was 10th place overall and 1st in the M40-44 age group! Great job guys!! Easter Sun Run and Garnett Duathlon
This past Easter weekend saw several MFIT athletes participate in the annual Easter Sun Run at Sedgwick County Park as well as one athlete participating in the April Adventure Duathlon in Garnett, KS. St. Pats Day Races
Congratulations to MFIT athletes Jan, Vickie, Corey and Brad for competing in the Wichita St. Pats 5k as well as Luther for competing in the Hutchinson St. Pats 10k on March 12th. Jan and Vickie finished 1st and 3rd in their age group while Corey and Brad finished 3rd in their repective age groups. Luther finished 2nd in his age group at the Hutchinson race!
