September 10th and 11th Race Results

WOW, what a great weekend for MFIT athletes at races across the country.  Starting things off on Saturday was Vickie at the Horse Thief Canyon Trail Run in Marquette, KS.  Sunday proved to be a very busy day starting with The Tanganyika Tiger Trot in Goddard, KS.  Three MFIT athletes competed in the 15k which included Audrey, Shawn (2nd – M20-29), and Jan (1st – F50-59).  In the 5k race, Vickie finished 1st (F50-59)!  Down … Read entire article »

Another Big Race Weekend!

This weekend 9/10 and 9/11 will see many MFIT athletes participating in races across the country once again.  Starting off on Saturday will be Vickie taking part in the Horse Thief Canyon Trail Run at Kanopolis State Park in Marquette, KS.  A little farther South in Tulsa, Ok will be Jon and Chrissy competing in the Triathlon of Tulsa which is an Olympic distance race.  On Sunday morning locally will be Shawn, Audrey and Jan … Read entire article »

Kansas 70.3
