Another Great Race Weekend!
Congratulations to all MFIT athletes who competed in races this past weekend. Of the 14 athletes who started a race this weekend, there were 10 personal best or first time efforts! Those who established a personal best at the Kansas City Triathlon included: Grant, Karen, Luther, Julie, Jenny, Jim and Tanya! Those who raced a new distance included: Andy G (KC Olympic)., Jill (KC Olympic) and Dan (Ironman Texas). Other MFIT athletes who competed in Kansas City included Chrissy (3rd- F40-44), Jim, Raymond and Audrey; 2nd Overall Female in the sprint race! A big congratulations to Steve for completing his own race, Steve Baker 50, to help raise money for the YMCA Strong Kids Foundation! Easter Sun Run and Garnett Duathlon
This past Easter weekend saw several MFIT athletes participate in the annual Easter Sun Run at Sedgwick County Park as well as one athlete participating in the April Adventure Duathlon in Garnett, KS. March in Okarche
Congratulations to MFIT athlete Brad Saens of Kingman on a great race in Okarche, OK on March 25th. 2010 Race Results
