A HOT AND COLD WEEKEND

This past weekend (6/26) saw several MFIT athletes participate in extreme conditions across the country.  First was the El dorado Triathlon in El dorado, KS which had the most bearable conditions of the day.  There were 8 MFIT athletes competing, 4 in the Olympic distance (Jon, Grant, Raymond and Tim) and 3 in the sprint distance (Michael, Paul and Vickie).  Jon was 1st (M40-44), Tim was 3rd (M45-49), Grant was 4th (M30-34) and Raymond was 5th (M40-44).  In the sprint, Michael took 2nd overall.  Paul was 6th (M45-49) and Vickie was 4th (F50-54)! In Lubbock, TX, at the Buffalo Springs 70.3 race there were 3 athletes competing in what had to be some of the toughest conditions ever.  With a high temperature of 110 and winds out of the South at … Read entire article »

2010 Race Results
