Mudwater Race is Next
This coming weekend (July 10th) is the Kansas River Valley Triathlon Club race known as Mudwater! This years race is full and we expect it to be a very competitive field. 2010 Race Results
2010 was a great season for many Morrowfit atletes and I would like to thank them for giving me the opportunity to prepare them for their season goals.
